The VR-ACE project aims to tackle the challenges young people face in securing employment, particularly in job interviews. By utilizing Virtual Reality (VR) technology, the project develops educational tools, including a digital handbook and immersive VR scenarios, to improve job seekers’ interview skills and essential communication abilities. Key Objectives

  • Support Youth Employment: Provide young job seekers with guidance and training to navigate the job market and secure employment.
  • Enhance Interview Skills: Equip young people with the tools to present themselves confidently during job interviews.
  • Develop Essential Skills: Focus on communication and other transversal skills valued by employers.
  • Reduce Youth Unemployment: Contribute to lowering youth unemployment, particularly in response to the post-pandemic challenges.
  • Empower Youth Educators: Strengthen the ability of educators to prepare young people for job market success.
